The Heritage Foundation's Text Messaging Terms and Conditions

By requesting, enrolling in, signing up for, or otherwise consenting in any way to receive one or more text messages from The Heritage Foundation (“Heritage”, “we”, “us”, “our”) through Heritage’s text messaging platform (“Platform”), you accept these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) in addition to Heritage’s Privacy Policy. The information you provide to us in connection with this program, including your telephone number, are collectively referred to as your “Opt-In.”
Opting In
- You authorize Heritage to use auto dialer or non-auto dialer technology to send text messages to the cell phone number associated with your Opt-In (i.e., the number listed on any opt-in form or instructions you provide; the number for which you opt in; or the number on file for your account). You also authorize Heritage to include marketing content in any such messages. You do not have to opt in or agree to opt in as a condition of purchase of any of Heritage’s offerings.
- You confirm that you are the subscriber to the relevant phone number or that you are the customary user of that number on a family or business plan and that you are authorized to opt in.
